What will you feel during laser therapy?
Laser therapy treatment is safe, painless and fast. Patients feel a soothing warmth as laser energy gently penetrates the tissue and boosts your bodyâs own regeneration powers to relieve your pain. Deep Tissue Laser Therapy treatments are usually administered for 5 to 10 minutes depending on the body location. Results can be immediate but the most observed results are after 4 to 6 treatment sessions. The body continues to benefit from the effects of the therapy for 18-24 hours after treatment. During this time, modulated cellular activity leads to decreased pain and inflammation. Our class IV laser has a power output of 9 Watts! Is Deep Tissue Laser Therapy the Same as Cold Laser?
No, cold laser is not even in the same ball park as DTLT. There are many different types of laser apparatuses being used in Chiropractic clinics, medical clinics, physical therapy clinics and other healthcare clinics that are toted as being deep tissue laser. DTLT comes from a Class IV Medical Laser and is the only therapeutic laser that has the technology and ability to penetrate to the deeper tissues. All the other lasers barely penetrate through your layers of skin, some may get down a quarter of an inch but the LCT-1000 can penetrate up to three-quarters of an inch which is considerably deeper than other devices.
